广东省建筑材料行业协会是由广东省建材产业各主要行业（水泥、陶瓷、玻璃、砂石、墙体材料、水泥制品、石材、建筑防水材料、化学建材、建筑五金、建筑装饰装修材料、装配式建筑、碳酸钙镁等）的企事业单位、社团组织自愿组成的、跨地区、跨部门的全省性社会团体，现有会员300多家，包含省级建材各专业协会和分会及各地市建材协会等团体会员，覆盖整个建材各分行业5000多个企事业单位。是广东省首批5A级协会、全国建材行业先进协会、商务部“进出口公平贸易基层行业工作点”单位、广东省商务厅公平贸易工作站。Guangdong Building Materials Industry Association is a provincial-level social organization that is voluntarily formed by enterprises, public institutions and social organizations from major sectors of Guangdong's building materials industry (including cement, ceramics, glass, sand and gravel, wall materials, cement products, stone materials, building waterproof materials, chemical building materials, building hardware, building decoration materials, prefabricated buildings, calcium carbonate and magnesium, etc.). It is cross-regional and cross-departmental. Currently, it has more than 300 members, including group members such as provincial-level building materials professional associations, branches and municipal building materials associations, covering over 5,000 enterprises and public institutions in all sub-sectors of the building materials industry. It is among the first batch of Grade 5A associations in Guangdong Province, an advanced association in China's building materials industry, a "Grassroots Industry Workstation for Fair Trade in Imports and Exports" designated by the Ministry of Commerce, and a Fair Trade Workstation of the Department of Commerce of Guangdong Province.
协会坚持“服务、协调、维权、自律”的基本宗旨，竭尽全力为行业谋发展，服务会员和服务政府，在承接政府职能、履行社会责任、行业规划及发展、改革创新、“一带一路”等方面，发挥越来越重要的作用。The Association adheres to the fundamental purpose of "serving, coordinating, safeguarding rights, and self-disciplining", striving to promote the development of the industry, serve its members and the government, and is playing an increasingly important role in undertaking government functions, fulfilling social responsibilities, industry planning and development, reform and innovation, and the "Belt and Road Initiative".
“服务”二字是协会的灵魂，在上级相关部门的指导和帮助下，在会员单位和各专业协（分）会的大力支持下，秉持“勤思细析、脚踏实地、真诚服务、引领发展”宗旨，竭尽全力为广东省建材行业谋发展，充分发挥政府与企业之间的桥梁枢纽作用，搭建好各种共享共赢平台。The word "service" is the soul of the association.
